R3E Drilling Mud Reclaiming System
The R3E Drilling Mud Reclaiming System (or mud recycling system) is manufactured to meet the required capacity. The Reclaiming Equipment Subemersible Pumps are of international known standards and most of all are made of wear resistant materials and have long life mechanical shaft seals. Futhermore these submersible pumps are able to run-dry without breaking down.
The R3E Drilling Mud Reclaiming System has a fluid circulation tank with built up one double deck mud shaker. The lower deck of the double deck shaker is for pre cleaning the drilling mud and the top deck for the final drying of the expelled solids from the underflow of the hydro cyclones. The tough Tsurumi submersible circulation pump will feed the special high flow hydrocyclones and a second Tsurumi submersible pump will transfer the cleaned driling bentonite back to your Mixing System. The maximum delivery capacity is 300-350 ltr/min with 20% solids in. In addition (option) a pit pump can be directly connected to the main electrical cabinet.
Al systems can be modified to customer’s wishes and capacities.
