R20E Mud Reclaiming System
The R20E Mud Reclaiming System is manufactured to meet the required capacity. The Reclaiming Equipment Pumps are of international known standards and are made of wear resistant Hard Iron Cast Steel, have long life mechanical shaft seals with backup packings.
The R20E Mud Reclaiming System has a very small footprint (20ft container size for transport), the fluid circulation tank with built up three single deck mud shakers, one being the primary shale shaker and two as final mud cleaner. The circulation pumps will feed the high flow hydrocyclones, a Tsurumi submersible pump will transfer the cleaned driling bentonite to your Mixing System. The maximum delivery capacity is 2000 ltr/min with 20% solids in.
The R20EL has an extra large clean bentonite storage tank and cabinet with electrical cabinet and storage room.
Al systems can be modified to customer’s wishes and capacities.
