Description

The Essick TM30E – 5200 series is our cement mortar mix and pump unit and is equipped with a 400 kg hopper and auger shaft to transfer the mix to the Essick™ pump. The units are speed adjustable and designed to handle the mortar mixture. The pump head is easy accessible, and can be disassembled in minutes for quick cleaning. These unit is equipped with a mixing function with a paddle arm mix drum. This drum can be turned and lowered hydraulically. Our Essick Triplex piston pump TM30, with a 2“ discharge manifold, a hammer union 2“ for 140 bar, pressure release unit, rubber valve balls, piston lubrication, 100 mm gauge with membrane. The pump is equipped with a separate forced lubrication system and a chain sprocket to drive the auger shaft. This unit is mounted on a trailer.
